De plus, l’artiste explique s’être inspiré des éléments qui l’entouraient : « Si j’ai eu à jouer avec les travaux adjacents d’Inti et de Conor Harrington, je me suis aussi inspiré de la crèche et des enfants se mouvant derrière mes murs. Je n’avais pas de message prédéfini à faire passer, mais en voyant leurs dessins, j’ai réalisé qu’il n’était question ici que d’amour du dessin. Rien d’autre. » Cette œuvre représente un entrelacement de poissons et d’oiseaux, renvoyant une impression de légèreté et de limpidité. Comme d’ordinaire, Pantonio a fait émerger les silhouettes en noir, avant de les rehausser de bleu, violet et rose, créant ainsi un véritable effet de volume.
This horizontal artwork echoes the movements generated by the passers-by, the vehicles and the elevated railway line. Further, the artist explains that he had been inspired by the elements of his surroundings: “Although I had to interact with the adjacent works by Inti and Conor Harrington, I also took inspiration from the day-care center and the children moving around behind my walls. I had no predefined message to communicate, but when I saw their drawings, I realized that the theme here was simply the love of drawing. Nothing more.” This work shows intertwined birds and fishes, giving an impression of lightness and translucence. According to his habit, Pantonio shows emerging silhouettes in black, which he then embellishes with blue, violet and rose-pink, creating a real effect of depth.
